PROJECT OVERVIEW
This is one of our more interesting projects and one we always share with members of the sales team to teach them about persistence and never giving up. This customer from the United States contacted us nearly 5 years ago and at the time inquired about a washing plant for polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) rigid plastic drums.
After several months of discussion, we emailed our custom tailored proposal and quotation as per his full requirements. Unfortunately, the customer never replied and did not contact us again until 2 years later. He again inquired about the same washing line. The customer stopped communicating with us again for another year. In 2018, we again received news from this customer saying he’s ready to finally place the order. He did so after just 1 few week of communication.
The recycling line was delivered on scheduled and the customer is very happy about the quality of the machines. He has already referred several customers to us from the USA.
