The Plastic Pipe Shredding Line is a high-performance system designed to quickly and efficiently recycle industrial pipes. Whether it’s PVC, HDPE, or large-diameter pipes, this powerful machine ensures precise and reliable shredding to support your recycling efforts.
At the heart of this shredder is a high-torque motor that drives a heavy-duty shaft equipped with robust cutting blades. These blades work in harmony with stationary counter blades, creating a shearing action that effortlessly cuts and shreds the pipes fed into the system.
This shredder can handle pipes up to 1200mm in diameter and 6000mm in length, easily fed into the system through a custom-designed hopper for smooth and efficient loading. Inside, the rotating blades interact with the fixed blades to shred pipes into 100-200mm pieces, depending on the required output size.
Fully automated, this line is controlled by an intelligent control panel that lets operators monitor performance, adjust settings, and ensure the system runs safely and smoothly throughout the process.
Once shredded, the material moves to the crusher, where it’s reduced to smaller flakes for enhanced recycling efficiency. The air fan system then transports the crushed material to the storage silo, reducing handling and streamlining the workflow.
The final output—uniform 12mm plastic flakes—is now ready for reuse in creating new plastic products, supporting a cleaner, more sustainable recycling process.
