Sink Float Separation Tank
Our Sink Float Separation Tank uses water to distinguish materials by buoyancy. Plastic films rise to the surface, allowing for their retrieval, while heavier contaminants such as dirt, sand, glass, metals, and other plastics sink for easy removal at the bottom of the tank. This crucial stage not only separates but further cleanses the plastic films.
Advanced Drying Process
Post-separation, the films enter the Centrifugal Dryer where centrifugal force is employed to remove a significant amount of water. Following this, the films are transported to the Hot Air Dryer system. Here, they pass through stainless steel tubes and are exposed to hot air, ensuring comprehensive and efficient drying.
Final Collection
