Replacing the Screen
- Step 1: Start by unlocking both side latches and open the chamber door.
- Step 2: Loosen the handwheel to release the screen.
- Step 3: Now, remove the old screen and replace it with the new one.
- Step 4: Using the provided tool, rotate the screen holder until the screen is securely in place.
- Step 5: Once the screen is aligned, tighten the handwheel, close the chamber door, and lock the latches.
Your screen replacement is complete!
Replacing the Blades
- Step 1: First, loosen the four screws securing the blades.
- Step 2: Switch the auto-position knob to manual, and press the “open chamber” button continuously until the chamber is fully open
- Step 3: Rotate the blades manually to inspect the ones that need replacing.
- Step 4: Loosen the screws on the worn blades, replace them, and tighten the screws securely.
- Step 5: Press the “close chamber” button, ensuring the chamber door shuts properly.
