Here we’re showcasing our HDPE Rigid Plastic Crushing and Washing Line, with a capacity of up to 2000 kg per hour.
The line includes a debaler, belt conveyors, a trommet, two crushers, a friction washer, floating tank, centrigual dryer, hot air dryer, zig-zag separator, and a final storage silo.
The process begins with the debaler, which opens compressed bales and loosens the materials for easier handling.
From there, a belt conveyor feeds material steadily into the next stage, helping automate the flow and minimize manual work.
A trommel then separates fines and small debris to ensure only suitable materials move forward.
Two more belt conveyors then transport the cleaned rigid plastics to twin high-performance crushers, reducing them to uniform flakes efficiently.
These flakes pass through a friction washer, where high-speed spinning blades scrub off dirt, labels, and other surface contaminants.
Next is the floating tank, where materials are soaked and separated by density—ideal for removing residual dirt and low-density plastics.
The washed flakes are lifted into a centrifugal dryer, using high-speed rotation to extract most of the moisture.
Then, the hot air dryer completes the drying process, ensuring the flakes are fully moisture-free and ready for downstream use.
A zig-zag air classifier sorts out light contaminants like labels and films, improving the purity of the final product.
Finally, the clean, dry flakes are collected in a storage silo.
