Welcome to our 5000 lbs/hr PP HDPE rigid plastic washing line, successfully running in Charlotte, USA. The journey begins with the screw conveyor, which steadily feeds the plastic materials into the system.
The materials then enter the sink float separation tank. This highly efficient machine is designed to separate plastics by density, effectively distinguishing heavier contaminants from lighter materials.
From there, the cleaned plastics are sent to the high-speed dryer, which uses centrifugal force to remove most of the surface moisture from the flakes.
The almost-dry plastics are then transferred to the hot air dryer, where a powerful stream of heated air eliminates any remaining moisture.
Finally, the dried flakes are collected in the silo.
This efficient system is designed to process and recycle rigid plastics such as bottles, drums, and containers, turning them into high-quality, clean flakes ready for reuse.
