Welcome to our trial run of the 1,000 kg/hour PET bottle label remover for our customer in Georgia. Notice the raised sidewalls at the front of the belt conveyor, effectively preventing material from spilling.
The top of the belt conveyor is equipped with a magnetic drum, which efficiently removes metal impurities.
Most importantly, the label removal efficiency exceeds 95%. Thanks to our specially designed air system, labels are removed easily and smoothly.
