This is a trial run of our 1000 kg/hr plastic regrind washing line for one of our customers in Perth, Australia. This complete solution for plastic recycling plant can process, wash and dry all sorts of plastic regrinds including HDPE, PP, PE, ABS, PC and other rigid plastics. All parts coming in contact with water are made of 304 stainless steel for increased durability and protection again corrosion and rust.
Once the washing and drying processes are complete, the rigid plastic regrinds can be sent directly to a plastic extrusion system. This is the second time this customer has bought this system from us.
